It was one of the last sessions we would have at the burned out house. Kelly - whom Falcon called Mourning -
had come back from Miami where she was trying to begin a career as a model, Tatiana, and Kaylyn. Falcon
had worked with Mourning at least a dozen times, mostly before Torment, He had worked with Tatiana once before.
He had met her while on assignment for the Rhinoceros Times, a local news paper. He had worked with Kaylyn
twice.
A photo of Kaylyn, called Desire, had been featured in Digital Camera World in 2005. Falcon had always known she
was, well, troubled. She had told him the story of watching her brother's girl friend burn to death in a car
accident. He knew about her mother's suicide. But he was unprepared for her raction to the burned out house.
Kaylyn was devastated. Unable to function. Totally broken.
Eventually, Kaylyn was able to gather herself. She attempted to work but in the end, only four or five photos
of her survive from that day. And these six or eight. Tatiana returned to Russia shortly after this shoot.
It was her intention to return. For a while Falcon heard from her via email, and then, one day, the messages ceased.
It was also the last time Falcon ever worked with Kelly.
